Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
Last updated
Demo notice: This is a preview site. This page is a template and must be reviewed by qualified legal counsel before launch.
The Local Vets does not sell your personal information, and does not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We never have. There is no opt-out to submit, because no sale or sharing takes place.
What does "sell" or "share" actually mean?
Under California law (the CCPA, as amended by the CPRA), "sell" means disclosing personal information to another business for money or other valuable consideration, and "share" means disclosing it for cross-context behavioral advertising — the kind of tracking that follows you from site to site. We do neither.
What we actually collect
Through this website, the only personal information we collect is the email address you give us when you join the founding-patient waitlist. We use it for one thing: telling you when the practice opens.
- We do not run advertising pixels or third-party ad tags.
- We do not set advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
- We do not disclose your information to data brokers or advertising networks.
Do you honor Global Privacy Control (GPC)?
Yes. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we honor it automatically and opt you out of any analytics and marketing categories — you do not need to do anything else.
How do I control cookies on this site?
You can review and change your cookie choices at any time.
What if this ever changes?
If The Local Vets ever begins selling or sharing personal information, we will update this page and the Privacy Policy and provide a working opt-out mechanism before any sale or sharing begins.
Other privacy rights
You may also request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information. We honor these requests regardless of where you live, and we will never deny you care or service for exercising a privacy right. See the Privacy Policy for details and how to submit a request.
